I love all the neato, nifty book report ideas there are these days. Where were all of these when I was in elementary school?! We did a fun Sandwich Book Report a while back that turned out really cute!
I found a free template on Pinterest and tweaked it some to give the prompts that we wanted for our classes.
As you can see, I printed it on appropriately colored card stock to make it seem to truly be sandwich-like!
It was a really fun Book Report and something different and coolio for the kids.
Prior to this, I sent home an info letter to the parents, letting them know what we would be doing. We did this ALL in class. The students just had to read their book on their own before the due date.
I tried to make a generic copy with blanks that could be customized with your name and due dates, etc.
Hope you enjoy!

I love your parent teacher conference form. I tried to access it, but it is not working. Is the form and/ or link still available?
I would really appreciate it. Thanks!!!!
I absolutely loved this idea. My daughter could not wait to finish reading her book so she could put the sandwich together. Such a great idea. Thanks for sharing!

Do you have the link of your actual report? The one of TPT is different and yours look so much better on here!
Samantha, I have updated the link! Somehow it was linking to the wrong file!
