Don’t those Teriyaki BBQ Chicken Legs look delish? I’m going to try this one with boneless tenders instead of legs and see how we like it. This one always is a fave with the family.

We’ll have some Slow Cooked Steak for our Valentines Day… staying in with our three kiddos. :) What are the rest of you doing with V-day being on a Thursday? Weeknights are so crazy at our house and I think I would rather wait and have a night out on the weekend when I have room to breathe!

We had a great time with our House Hunt Saturday. We saw EIGHT houses, people! Most of them were a no-go, but three rose to the top as possibilities. One I loved. One Chris loved, and one we both liked. What do you do when you both don’t fall in love with the same house?

I think the answer is compromise.

Two of our top three were under contract, so we couldn’t even see them and other was not what we hoped. There was some veeeery interesting decor in that house. We’re talking massive decor everywhere  including a cheetah perched atop a high ledge and semi nude “art” in the bedroom. It was very special.

The house we both liked is close to school and work and while it’s not the wooded private yard we wanted, it is semi-private and fenced. It has a nice open floor plan and has only been on the market since Friday!

We need to take another look around at the place/s and then maybe, possibly, hopefully…. make an {whisper} offer.

That would be a phenomenal V-day surprise, huh?  :)
