JULY?!
This summer seems to be FLYING by even faster than other years since my return to work date is zooming up fast! My list of things I want to accomplish before then may need some shortening.
A lot of my List is stuff I’m really enjoying doing, but it’s just finding the time to get it done. :)
We do have a fun family week in Pigeon Forge coming up mid July, and we all can’t wait!

I was planning to only prep ONE MEAL this week for today… the yummo Sweet Teriyaki Chicken, but realized yesterday that I’ll be eating with Mom. So that meant NO meals to prep this week… woohoo!

That Teriyaki Chicken looks amazing! I’m making a Chicken and Rice bake tonight (from pinterest) and I haven’t figured out the rest of the week. I probably need to go and read your 5 dinners in 1 hour post. That sounds awesome!
