Oh my, have things been cah-razy or what? Another jam-packed weekend has resulted in me opting for a FREEZER MEAL week! Our poor little freezer has been stuffed so it will be nice to have a little breathing room in there. :)

Vacation begins! Southwestern Chicken & Salsa is ready in only 10-ish minutes so this will be a perfect “check in and crash” meal!

and Dinner will be Teriyaki BBQ Chicken Legs from the freezer via Eat at Home

and a Dinner of Pizza!
We are kicking off the summer right with a Long Weekend trip to Lake Lure. We are loving Lake Lure lately since it is so darn close but has the beautiful sandy “beachfront” and lots to do. :)
It is in the mountains with not very much commercialization so that means we’ll be eating in pretty much exclusively.
