I am a second generation teacher who is realizing more and more how much I have learned from my Mom… the best teacher I know!

I have taught on and off for six years in the upper elementary grades as well as Computer Class.

After our surprise Baby #3 {our sweet Davis} I took a 2 year hiatus and homeschooled my oldest daughter in 2nd and 3rd grade.

Through some recent and amazing events God has brought me back to teaching… this year in 4th grade!

I am excited to be able to incorporate lots of technology into our classroom this year with our Macbook Air, our Projector and Mimeo Smart Board, a few laptops for student work, as well as access to an iPad Lab!  Woohoo! Bring on the apps!

I love collaborating and learning from other great teachers, and I love passing on the great things I’ve run across or put together.  Some of my faves are my Classroom Management Tickets…
