We’ve got some yummy baked goodness going on this week! Of course, you know these are both “One Dish Wonders” right? Meaning there is no extra step of browning on the stove first or any other such craziness, ha!
Wednesday is our big girl’s NINTH birthday! How oh how has this happened. Houston, we have a child approaching DOUBLE DIGITS! Wowsa! She had a great party with Chris’s side of the fam last weekend, and we will celebrate with my side this weekend {due to our space constraints}. Plus on her special day, we are leaving the boys and letting her have some diva time at Carowinds riding all the B-I-G rides she can stomach. :)
Believe it or not, I have not prepped my meals yet! We had a FULL day yesterday and by the time the meal prep task entered my brain, I had already seated my backside on my comfy couch and the kids were in beddy-bie. At that point, I decided it would be fine to push the prep to today. :)
I’ll be starting on that shortly and then we are headed for some Memorial Day fun at my parents’ house today!
