My Handy Hubby Strikes Again…

I thought I would share some pics of one of Chris’s latest projects…. a sidewalk to our front door.

We purchased stepping stones several weeks ago, but he wasn’t happy with how they turned out, merely lying in the ground, so he opted for plan B. He was able to get it done in two nights… with just working on it after he got in from work.

I think it turned out really well and adds quite a bit of curb appeal… that is, if you don’t pay attention to our sad, failing grass. :)

I also never posted pictures of our fab new deck that he did back in May…

Sadly, I don’t have any great before pictures to really shock you with. These were taken in the snow, so you can’t really see the deck very well, but it at least gives you the general idea. It was definitely a night and day difference. :)

Turned out great, huh? :) I’m sure we will enjoy many nice evenings in the future relaxing out here!

The walkway and deck both look great. Chris did an excellent job. The deck should bring you many wonderful times with family and friends – enjoy! :)

What a great job. Very well done. Our deck fell off our house about 2 years ago. Is Chris available to come down to Duluth, GA and help out Don? It is really nice when you’re married to a “Handyman”.

Tell your handy man that I am looking for one. My husband is really handy but he is always working on someone else’s stuff and there is stuff to be done around here too. He uses the excuse of I am busy and I dont want to start something and not be able to get it finished. I guess I should be thankful for that. It wouldnt be fun having a bathroom out of order for a month or more. Hope your doing well!!!
