From the Freezer… Lime Chicken & Black Bean Burritos via If You Want Good Food
Only 21 minutes to prep FOUR meals!
I know I keep harping on this, but doubling or dividing recipes combined with freezer stashing is seriously da bomb. A teensy bit more effort and I’ve got two meals ready in the freezer for another week.
I looked at the timer after the Ranch Pork Chops, and I fixed both of them in only NINE minutes! Woot! Told you they were easy peasy!
And don’t those Asian Chicken Wings look scrumptious?! They were a cinch to prep, and I am hoping they will be a big fat hit. :)

What are you cooking this week?? Anything easy and delish I need to know about?? :)
sounds yummy! trying your Parmesan Tilapia this week (except I am using Mahi-Mahi because it was on sale and we love it :)
Another great menu this week. I am curious about which brand/model/size slow cooker you use. I have tried a few of the recipes you suggested for crockpots, but my machine always seems to overcook things. The taste of the recipes is great – my slow cooker just seems to make everything dry (regardless of the recipe used). I am considering getting a new one, so I thought you might be able to make a good recommendation. Thanks :)
I just got a Cuisinart one for Christmas that I’m really liking! I think it’s a 4 quart which is small but is plenty for our family. The reason I wanted a new one is b/c my old one was a 6 quart one so I had the same problem as you with things overcooking and drying out. I think b/c it’s so big, the food spreads out and is thinner on more of the cooking surface. Unless you are cooking for a large family I would recommend getting a smaller crockpot! It has made a big difference for me!
