Until you have experienced the burden of infertility, it is hard to understand what it really feels like.
Amazingly, this music video by Kellie Coffey (who is Academy of Country Music’s Top New Female Vocalist) does a good job of expressing the struggles of infertility to all the “fertile myrtles” out there who just can’t ever know what it’s like…
Here’s what Kellie says about this song…
“My husband and I wanted to have a baby so much and I started wondering if it would happen for us,” said Kellie.
“All those feelings were right on the surface for me and this song captured it. Soon after writing the song and expressing what was laying heavy on my heart, my husband and I got pregnant.”
You were right. I did need a tissue. Thanks for posting that and visiting my blog!
Thanks.. I had to redo my mascara.. What a song!!!
Wow, that gave me chills. I really hope and pray that things pull through for you, Renee…
Well, I guess I joined the league of the teary-eyed ladies! That song is pure emotion!
love ya!
I thought I could watch it again and not cry, but I think I cried more this time! They really did an excellent job with the video, it adds so much!
I take back all the mean things I said. I’m sorry.
I am praying for you, Renee.
Well, I thought I could watch this again since you’ve become pregnant and not cry, but nope, cried just as much!
This song is just too much!
