Easter Eggstravaganza

Hope everyone had a very Happy Easter. It was a bit chilly for Easter sundresses and sandals, but we survived. :) I know, I know. If we think we have it chilly…. ;) This was Wade’s first Easter, but I don’t guess he even realized it was a holiday. :) Haylee, on the other hand, was so excited to open her Easter basket of goodies and was quite pleased with all her loot. I gave up on all the normal buy-this-just-b/c-it-looks-Eastery-stuff that ends up filling up the toybox and never gets touched again. :)
After church we headed to Chris’s parents for Easter lunch. We managed to get a family pic and even had time for an Easter egg hunt with all the kiddos. There are now five grandkids which makes all family gatherings more and more interesting. :)

Little Miss Priss… ready for the modeling shoot. :)
Her Easter Basket from Nana…

My two kiddos… wow, that’s crazy that I have two kids!

Showing off her Easter eggs…

Happy Easter! I’m glad you had such a good time. Sorry about the cold weather. It was quite warm here – 45 degrees.

I suppose that temperature is relative depending on your level of desperation. I’m desperate for Spring, so anything above freezing is categorized as “warm”.

Both of your dresses look so nice. Still can’t get over how much older Haylee looks… Sounds like you had a wonderful Easter with family. -Here’s to many more wonderful holiday memories with Haylee and Wade to come.

My mom thinks your kids are so adorable. She sends her greetings. She is so funny. She couldn’t get over the fact that you had two….I was like MOM….I have 3, and my youngest is only a year younger than her oldest…I am not that much older than you!!!
