Evolution of a Trampoline…

Chris The kids really wanted a trampoline so we decided to get one this weekend.  We had done some research previously online at sizes and prices etc and ended up finding a pretty good deal at good old Walmart.  It came with the safety net which was a MUST for me.   I still am a little leery of its safety after reading the warning labels.  Yikes.  Especially when certain big people do things like this…

Haylee was sooooo excited to finally be getting one, and she faithfully helped Daddy through the many steps.  He had to chuckle at her confusion when he lay the black stretchy part (is there a name for that?) on the ground inside the frame and she tried to jump on it.  She asked him, “Why is it not jumpy?”  :)

We pushed the little slide up to it to act as our ladder and even Wade manages to mosey on up with little difficulty. 

I envision much fun to come with hopefully no injuries!

Who knows… maybe we’ll even do school on it once in a while.  :)

    I wrote almost this same post a year and a half ago…except that you apparently didn't put safety your net on backwards like we did!!

    We learned to work around it, though, because we were NOT taking those 96 springs back off.

    Looks like fun!!! :) Claire wants one so badly… ha ha. Thankfully, we don't have the yard for it yet… ;)
